Annual Clery Reports
UNC Pembroke publishes an Annual Security Report and Annual Fire Safety Report each year in compliance with the Clery Act. The reports include three years of campus crime statistics and outline university policies on campus security, sexual misconduct, emergency response and fire safety. Printed copies are available from UNCP Police & Public Safety or the Office of Title IX.

As a state agency, UNC Pembroke is open and responsive to public records requests under the North Carolina Public Records Act. Requests must be made in writing, and the university works to fulfill them within 30 days. Some records, such as student, medical and most personnel records, are confidential by law. Requests that require copying costs of $50 or more, or more than four hours of staff time, may involve fees; you'll receive an estimate in advance. For full details, see the Public Records Requests policy (POL 02.65.03).

For vehicle accidents, include a repair receipt or two repair estimates. After OGC completes its investigation, the North Carolina Attorney General's Office will contact you about your claim.
